How Tenurio collects, uses, and protects information when customers use our contractor access lifecycle management platform.

Effective date: Apr 3, 2026

Overview

Tenurio provides software that helps organizations manage contractor access from request through expiry. That includes ownership, approvals, reviews, and audit trails. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers, users, and website visitors.

If you use Tenurio through an organization, that organization controls its workspace and the data connected to it. In that case, we process workspace data on the organization's behalf.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly

We collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • name, work email address, company name, and job title
  • account credentials and authentication details
  • billing and contact details
  • messages you send to us through forms, email, or support requests

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure product and website performance, and improve the service. We do not use the Tenurio marketing site or product to sell personal information.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the data they upload to Tenurio, the integrations they enable, and the notices they provide to their workforce, contractors, and end users. Customers should only use Tenurio with data they are authorized to manage.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Workspace data is generally retained for the length of the customer relationship and for a limited period after termination unless a different retention period is required by contract or law.

Some technical logs may be kept for shorter or longer periods depending on security, fraud prevention, or legal needs.
